The Direct Selling Education Institute (DSEI) is teaming up with Link Viva to hold the first annual Direct Selling Exhibition and Conference. The first annual Global Direct Sales Festival will feature many of the top MLM and Direct Selling companies as well as several prominent guest speakers from the Direct Selling world.
The Direct Selling Festival, scheduled to be held from May 17th to 19th May at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai. The organizers of the conference have several goals in mind for the conference. The DSEI would like to raise awareness in the Middle East of the opportunities the Direct Sales industry can provide to advance the peoples lives, especially the lives of woman who are the predominant sellers in the Direct Sales industry. The DSEI is also hoping to raise Government awareness to help promote and legitimize the industry. This Conference is especially important in this region of the world because only recently has the government of many of the Middle Eastern countries eased laws about part time work and about woman running their own businesses. The DSEI conference hopes that this conference will push the Governments of the Middle Eastern countries to recognize and legitimize the industry. The Direct Sales/ Network Marketing industry is a 110 billion dollar industry. In Japan, sales through direct selling reach US$ 22.4 billion annually, while the US holds the record with US$ 30.47 billion.
Some of the biggest names in the Industry will be in attendance at the conference, among them, Forever Living Products, Avon, DXN, Tahitian Noni and Sisel International’s United Arab Emirates branch are joining hands to support this movement.
During the conference industry experts such as Professor Charles King, Tim Sales, Dr. Ellie Drake and Benjamin Tan - Founding member of Direct Selling Association of Singapore will discuss opportunities and will provide sales, marketing & personal development trainings for interested entrepreneurs in the Middle East who want to join this growing industry.
