Smart Online, Inc. - a software company that provides practical applications for small business and independent business owners - has entered into a newer, more extensive agreement with MLM Holdings.

MLM Holdings, along with its subsidiary, Escape International is one of the largest Network Marketing Organizations in the country. MLM Holdings currently owns Xymetri, Inc.- a Wellness Company, Makaila Morgan, Inc.- a high end skin care and anti-aging product line and Aisle19, Inc. which is an online program that allows users to offer members discounts and special offers from online stores including Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Macy’s.

Escape International, a subsidiary of MLM Holdings, is a direct sales company that offers free a free start up model for independent distributors.

Under the new agreement, Smart Online’s suite of online business tools will be combined with MLM’s Aisle 19 product and will be made available to network marketers under the Escape International brand. The Smart Online business program was designed to help the independent distributor to acquire and retain new customers. The program will help business owners manage business and revenue and enable the at home worker to grow and expand their business. The online tools can be customized for the needs of each independent distributor.

In the presence of 500 guests, Arbonne announced that their newest distribution center in Canada was officially open for business.

The new center, located in Calgary, is the company’s second distribution facility in Canada. Arbonne also has corporate offices as well as a distribution center in Ontario. The new facility in Calgary also has a top of the line product storage facility.

Since 2006 when operations began in Canada, the cosmetics and skin care company has seen amazing growth in the country, especially in Western Canada, which made opening a center in Calgary a natural choice. The new 33,000 square foot facility features a state of the art storage facility to ensure that all products are stored in controlled climate to ensure perfect quality.

Tupperware, VP and CFO, Michale Poteshman has been announced as one of the presenters at the annual Oppenheimer Consumer Growth Conference in Boston on July 8th.

This will be the 8th Annual conference and is considered one of the top investor conferences for consumer growth companies. The event will take place the 8th- 10th at the Four Seasons Hotel. The focus of the conference will be on consumer growth,, and assessing the state of the consumer as well as the outlook for retail, and consumer products for the second half of 08 and beyond.

The event, being put on by Oppenheimer & Co. will feature such companies Tiffany and Co, Talbots, William Sonoma and Urban Outfitters, just to name a few. Tupperware will be in some great company.

Nutrilite - the world renown vitamin and supplement brand and part of the Amway/Quixtar family - has just introduced a new product, the Nutrilite Sports Cookie that they say provides all the needed carbs and protein for faster , stronger workouts and better muscle recovery.

The new cookie includes the Nutritlite patented Nutrilite C-Lenium Blend and offers antioxident protection against free radical damage. Nutrilite also says that they snacks will help muscles recover more quickly after workouts. The cookies are an excellent source of carbohydrates, protein and fiber. Each cookie is 160 calories and has 5g of fat but also has 24g of Carbs, 5g of Fiber and 6g of Protein. For those who have to be careful of sodium intake, each cookie does have 150mg of Sodium which may be a bit high for some.

The new cookies will initially come in two flavors, lemon and cranberry oatmeal but they seem pretty pricey at $17.40 for 12 cookies!
